Required Senior Research Associate-M Sc/M Tech- Biotechnology, Microbiology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry

Aragen Life Sciences is seeking a Senior Research Associate.

This is a full-time bench scientist position involving wet lab experiments in various cell and protein sciences areas under the guidance of senior managers.

Qualification: M.Sc/M.Tech in any applied biological sciences (e.g., Biotechnology, Microbiology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, etc.)

Experience: 3-5 years post-MSc/MTech in an industrial setting.

Location: Hyderabad, India

Required Technical Skills:

Demonstrated expertise in Hybridoma Technology.

Proficiency in single-cell cloning, SDS-PAGE, Western Blotting, ELISA.

Experience in Lentivirus and AAV generation and titer estimation.

Cell line analysis using FACS technique. Ability to perform FACS sorting is an added advantage.

Experience with various cell lines such as CHO, HEK293, and cancer cell lines.

Responsibilities:

Conduct experiments as directed by the manager.

Ensure the highest data integrity and compliance with related policies.

Maintain lab notebooks with accurate data recording.

Organize and store raw data in designated storage areas.

Operate and maintain equipment/instruments according to SOPs and general housekeeping standards.

Essential team player with strong interaction skills with team members.

Enhance knowledge in the work area through both formal and informal learning methods.

Focus on developing behavioral competencies through workshops and feedback discussions with the manager.
