Key Responsibilities:
Conduct molecular cloning and prepare plasmids for mRNA template generation.
Perform IVT reactions and support mRNA purification.
Carry out RT-PCR/qRT-PCR for gene expression analysis and mRNA quality assessments.
Contribute to various molecular biology workflows within the R&D team.
Qualifications:
M. Sc. or Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or related fields.
Demonstrated expertise in cloning, IVT, and RT-PCR, coupled with a solid understanding of fundamental molecular biology techniques.
