1. Department: Production (Biotechnology)

2. Position: Operator/Sr. Officer/Executive

3. Experience: 3-6 years

4. Qualification: MSC Biotechnology /BSC Biotechnology

5. Notice period: 1-3 months

6. Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible to follow the Personal hygiene, GDP and GMP Regulations as

mentioned in SOP.

2. Daily monitoring of area Temperature, RH and DP.

3. Daily monitoring of pass box, Liquid nitrogen system, cold rooms, deep freezers, refrigerators, garment cubicles and area cleaning.

4. Responsible for preparation and filtration of Disinfectants solutions.

5. Responsible for handling of equipment's are such as Sterile Autoclave, Decontamination Autoclave, pH meter & Conductivity meters, Filter Integrity machine, Peristaltic pump, SS vessels, LAFU, weighing balances, magnetic stirrer and foggers etc.

6. Responsible for performing manufacturing activities on daily basis, includes material preparation and its sterilization for Upstream & Downstream.

7. Responsible for performing CIP, PHT & SIP of SS vessels.

8. Responsible for on time completion, maintain & archival of documents.
